Yasenna McKendry from Freshii, Inspector John Ferguson and Janine McCrudden from Translink remind Translink passengers they can perk up their early morning commute through Belfast’s Europa Bus Station on Wednesday, June 7 by sampling delicious items from the newly-opened Freshii restaurant located at 1 Donegall Square West, adjacent to the City Hall. Freshii are partnering with Translink for this year’s Bus and Train week to encourage people to leave the car at home and try public transport.
Belfast Freshii Store Manager Conall Kelly said: “We are delighted to be supporting this year’s Bus and Train Week. We want to reward Translink customers with a free hot drink when they come in and try our sit in or take-out breakfast menu. Freshii offers a delicious and diverse menu of healthy and delicious food, including salads, hot bowls, burritos, healthy wraps, soups, fresh pressed juices, smoothies and frozen yogurt to energize people on the go, so we’re sure to have something to suit every taste. This is a great opportunity to shake up your morning routine and start the day with a spring in your step by sampling what Freshii and Translink have to offer.”
During Bus and Train week Translink passengers, on presentation of a valid ticket in Freshii’s Belfast store between 7am and 11am, will receive a free hot beverage when they buy food. Details are available on Translink’s website- on http://www.translink.co.uk/bus-train-week.
The Freshii, Belfast team will also be sampling at The Europa Bus Station tomorrow (Wednesday 7th June) and treating rush hour commuters to some healthy, delicious Freshii breakfasts, from 8am.
