Acquisition of Inspiration Communications has made rebranded Stamp Promotions one of the biggest companies in the NI promotional merchandise sector. STAMP has announced both the acquisition of its former competitor Inspiration and a complete corporate rebrand. The company will now be knows as STAMP.

In the course of three and a half years’ in the tough and competitive promotional merchandise market, STAMP had already built up an admirable client list including Queens University, Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service, Ulster Rugby and Jamesons.

The acquisition of Inspiration Communications substantially increases STAMP’s market share and will deliver new sales opportunities throughout Ireland and the UK, where Inspiration operated successfully for seven years.

STAMP has already seen over a 50% return on its investment, since acquiring the business in early April 2015. The company’s stellar performances in April and May, exceeding all objectives, have been topped by June sales figures which have already surpassed monthly targets with sales up by 30% since April 2014.

STAMP co-founder Andrea Martin commented: “We are thrilled with the success of the company since we launched in January 2012. Our point of difference being that we have always concentrated on maintaining one-to-one service via a 24/7 office and a dedicated manager on each account.

“That, combined with competitive pricing, exceptional lead times, and a wide variety of products and bespoke items, – you have a winning formula.”

For many clients the most visible sign of change will be in its rebranding as ‘STAMP’ and the associated redesign of its identity materials. The cornerstones of the rebrand are a vibrant colour scheme and a dynamic new logo which features on a revamped website. STAMP has used the rebrand to amalgamate the two companies, by purposely choosing to use the Inspiration Communications corporate colours for the new logo. The new branding displays the ‘A’ in STAMP, as an upwards pointing arrow, forming the heart of the logo – this is to represent the company moving forward and growth in the future.

Bill Cash, former owner of Inspiration Communications commented “I have loved working in the promotional merchandise industry and I’m delighted that all of Inspiration Communications associate businesses will be in such professional hands with Andrea and Tori. They are a young, dynamic company who have a real passion for what they do. I wish them every success for the future”
