Innovation is born from the creative exchange of ideas.…
The ReFound – Forge Project brings together three product designers and two manufacturers from across N. Ireland to encourage creative ideas and share knowledge. Initiated by ReFound, the project was conceived to connect Irish designer-makers with the manufacturing industry, to promote the sharing of expertise and to champion Irish product design. The project and accompanying exhibition is an exercise in exploring the links between artistry and industry and the possibilities within.
The launch night (13th March 6-8pm at ReFound) will feature an informal presentation by Northern Irish artist-designer Rachel O’Neill, followed by Q&A with participating designers on their experiences; encouraging wider debate on the creative dialogue between design and industry.
To attend launch evening RSVP to Georgia@refoundonline.com by 12th March 2014.
Exhibition runs from Thurs 13th March 2014 (launch 6-8pm) – 12th April 2014 at ReFound, 7 Wellington Place, Belfast, BT1 6GB
