Chef Shaun Hanna and restaurateur John Robinson served up an evening of glitz and glamour at The MAC’s first black tie event last month. The chic event, which was the Methodist College PTA May Ball, saw the pair’s team from the newly opened Linen Hill restaurant at The OUTLET in Banbridge, designing the menu for the evening as well as catering for over 200 guests.
Kilkeel born Shaun served a delightful menu of Glenarm salmon and Carlingford Oyster, Hereford Beef and a trio of desserts. He has a wealth of experience both here and internationally under the guidance of American celebrity chef Charlie Palmer and has also gained many personal awards within his profession including reaching the quarter finals of BBC 2 Masterchef: The Professionals. Shaun shall be putting all these attributes into his newest venture at The OUTLET, Banbridge. For more information on Linen Hill please log on to http://www.the-outlet.co.uk/stores/linen-hill
