The Merchant Hotel was the venue for the celebratory Optilase ball which took place on Saturday, 27th April. Optilase was celebrating becoming the European leaders for the Kamra treatment, a surgery to eliminate the need for reading glasses and was presented with a prestigious award on the evening.

Guests included model and personality Gemma Garret and Downtown Radio DJ’s Big T and George Jones (who sang a few tunes!). The James McPeake Show Band had everyone dancing until the wee small hours!

Optilase introduced the Kamra treatment last year and quickly became the go-to clinic for the treatment to eliminate reading glasses.  Optilase is now the leader in Europe and second in the world for the treatment, which is exclusively available at Optilase in Northern Ireland.

Optilase is located at Cleaver House, Donegall Place in Belfast, Carlisle Road in L/Derry and Merchants Quay in Newry.  Contact Optilase on 08000 121 565. www.optilase.co.uk
