Lough Erne Resort Unveils Unique Bridal Event

Hundreds of brides-to-be flocked to Lough Erne Resort and Spa for a unique bridal event at the luxury venue, with industry experts from across Ireland. Hosted by award-winning fashion and beauty blogger Suzanne Jackson, better known as SoSueMe, guests were given insider tips and expert advice from make-up guru Paddy McGurgan, male grooming and mindfulness expert Brenda Shankey and acclaimed Blush Boutique fashionista Aileen Wilson.

A live cookery demonstration from Lough Erne Resort’s executive chef Noel McMeel gave the assembled guests a taste of five-star luxury at the resort, which celebrates its tenth anniversary next year, while Local jeweller TA Mercer and florist Ruth Hood gave tips on the perfect accessories for the big day, along with Jen Crowe from Chaka Travel who showcased the amazing honeymoon destinations available.

Members of the audience were also treated to a 3-D version of wedding photography, and a live aerial photography demonstration around the stunning hotel grounds from The Drone Factory, where Q Radio broadcast from for the entire afternoon.

Speaking after the event, General Manager William Kirby said the unique bridal showcase was hugely successful.

“It was fantastic to see couples from across Ireland come to the five-star Lough Erne Resort, which is the perfect wedding venue, located in the heart of Fermanagh’s beautiful Lakeland.

“Our experts ensured that every detail of the big day was covered, and we hope that it gave our brides and couples plenty of ideas for their wedding reception. We very much look forward to welcoming many of them back to Lough Erne for their celebrations in the near future.”
