This month, Judith Mulgrew discusses one of the latest and most cutting edge semi-permanent brow treatments at Skin Medi Spa.

Nano Brush Stroke Brows are the latest, most technologically advanced technique available to create natural looking semi-permanent brows. Giving the illusion of ultra-fine hair strokes, this technique creates a totally natural look – bespoke to you. Nano brows are perfect for ladies with sparse or thinning brows, or for those who wish to add natural definition to their existing brows.

Equally, those with a good natural brow can benefit from this treatment – Nano Brush Stroke brows add shape and definition to the natural brow so there is no need to fill them in whilst doing your makeup – giving you an extra few precious minutes to spend in bed in the mornings!

So how does it work? Nano brush strokes are applied using state of the art equipment. A custom blended, hypo-allergenic pigment is implanted into the skin. Hair strokes are applied to create or enhance the natural shape of the brow. Prior to your treatment, Judith will discuss with you the shape, colour and intensity you wish to achieve, and will measure and draw on the brows with pencil beforehand to ensure you are completely happy with the finished effect before proceeding with treatment.

The procedure takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, and a top-up treatment is recommended 6-8 weeks later to ensure the pigment is fully implanted.

I recommend having a top-up every 12-18 months thereafter to keep the colour looking its best! At Skin Medi Spa the treatment is carried out in our sterile clinic environment, so you can be assured that you are in the safest hands whilst giving your brows the WOW factor!
