IRELAND’S Good Food Ambassador, Jenny Bristow recently joined the Head Chef at Malone Lodge Hotel’s Knife and Fork restaurant, Garreth Wilson where the pair hosted a festive showcase, delighting guests with live cookery demonstrations and a delicious deli lunch.
The South Belfast restaurant’s renowned deli has added a festive twist to its lunchtime offering with Garreth and Jenny working together closely to develop a tasty and nutritious menu which will be on offer throughout the Christmas period.
With a range of fresh and appetising dishes, the Knife and Fork is renowned for its healthy lunchtime deli and the showcase presented the perfect opportunity to demonstrate how these dishes can be recreated at home.

“It was an absolute delight to work alongside Jenny on this showcase. At the Knife and Fork, we offer a lunchtime deli from Monday-Saturday which can be enjoyed as a takeaway or in the restaurant as a sit-in meal. We are always revising and adding to our offering and it was great to invite Jenny in to wave her magic wand over the deli and give it a festive twist for Christmas.
“I spend a lot of my time in the kitchen preparing the food so it was great to be out in the restaurant for this event; interacting with our guests and hearing their much-valued feedback and suggestions.”
