Beautiful Galgorm Resort & Spa, set within 163 acres of lush parkland near Northern Ireland’s most renowned scenic attractions and just 30 minutes from Belfast city centre, scooped the prestigious Hotel of the Year award at the Northern Ireland Tourism Awards 2016 last night.
The glittering gala ceremony was held at St Columb’s Hall Derry Londonderry with Tourism NI Chairman Terence Brannigan in attendance, presenting 14 different categories including two special awards.
Every year this highly-anticipated gala awards evening, gathers together the very best of the tourism and hospitality industry in Northern Ireland to celebrate the success of Northern Irish tourism and Galgorm Resort & Spa, who are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year, were absolutely delighted to walk away with the prestigious industry award of Hotel of the Year and seeing off stiff competition within its category.
