Victoria Square will officially kick start the festive season with their Spectacular Christmas Lights Switch On taking place on Wednesday 13th November.
This magical event will offer fun for all the family as Northern Ireland’s premier retail, residential and leisure complex gets set to welcome Father Christmas and his reindeer to turn on the lights with the help of comperes; Cool FM’s Pete Snodden and Victoria Square’s Personal Stylist, Rebecca McKinney.
Speaking ahead of the festive fun Michelle Jackson, Centre Manager at Victoria Square said:
“We’re really looking forward to welcoming Santa here at Victoria Square and starting the countdown to Christmas. Rumour has it he’ll be arriving in style so we’re hoping everyone gets down early (from 4pm) to ensure they don’t miss out on the fun and treats before the centre is transformed into a sparkling winter wonderland at 6.30pm.
“And with only 48 shopping days until Christmas we have everything for the perfect gift. From this season’s top style must-haves for fashionistas to dapper men’s clothing for that special man in your life. Not forgetting the Victoria Square gift card for the relative who has everything, making us the place to shop, dine and share the festive fun this Christmas.”
Activities for the family will kick off from 4pm with in-store exclusive offers and restaurant deals. There will also be a Christmas Fayre, an inflatable snow dome, giveaways for all and live entertainment including an exclusive theatrical performance from the Mac Theatre’s ‘Hatch – The Adventures of an Ugly Duckling’. Victoria Square will also remain open until 10pm – offering a vast array of choice for the perfect gift, all under one roof.
