Northern Ireland is now getting in on the act with the launch of a brand new company, Cinch Corsets, where woman are getting instant body shaping results, whilst training their waists to reduce in size.
In this issue of UL, we talk to local company Cinch Corsets about these fabulous new products and to hear what all the hype is about!
Tell us about Cinch Corsets…
Cinch Corsets is a brand new Northern Ireland company retailing hand-stitched corsets, made using the highest quality, breathable fabrics. The garments are designed to support the back, whilst ‘cinching’ in the waist, creating curves and a flat tummy, instantly. They come in black, nude and pink.
What is waist training?
Waist training has taken the celebrity world by storm, and are a hot-trending topic in the media.
Waist training helps to reduce the size of the wearer’s waist. If worn consistently over time, the corset can help ‘train’ the waist to reduce in size, which of course will be enhanced further by eating a healthy diet and increased exercise. (Cinch Corsets does stress this point and highlight that the wearer has responsibility to lead a healthy and active lifestyle in order to achieve long-term results.)
How does it work?
Quite simply, it compresses the stomach and ‘holds it in’ to create instant results.
However, for longer-term effects, the unique latex material can also help to attack unwanted fat and impurities within your body. The micro-massage created within your body will allow your body to rid itself of harsh toxins and impurities, through increased perspiration.
The strong compression fabric will help strengthen the core, working it continually, all the while improving your posture, reducing back pain and relieving pressure.
While wearing a Cinch Corset the tight compression can also encourage you to reduce food volume intake, which will help achieve the healthier practice of smaller meals, more often, rather than three large meals a day.
How do you know what size to order?
This is the most important aspect of waist training.
It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure they order the correct size for their body and that they wear the corset for the recommended time frame each day (we recommend no more than 6 hours per day). If the corset is too small, then, like any garment it can cause chaffing and discomfort.
We strongly advise our customers to order their actual size. If you find that you are in between sizes please go with the larger size.
