Northern Ireland’s leading home improvement company, Betterhomes, is riding high on success with the announcement of a 19 per cent growth on sales 2015 (compared with the same period in 2014).

And the good news doesn’t end there, the locally owned company has also been accredited a customer satisfaction score of 98.1 per cent by Independent Global industry surveyors, Network Veka.

To top it off, the North Belfast company is about to embark on a complete corporate rebrand and the redesign of two new in-house showrooms worth in excess of £100K.

Betterhomes is attributing the impressive growth to more local people investing quality in their homes, the establishment and growth in their kitchen department and in the clearly successful dedicated customer service team.

The 17 year-old business which employs over 100 staff and specializes in uPVC windows, doors, conservatories and roofline products added kitchens in early 2015, ensuring its position as NI’s largest home improvement company.

Speaking about the company’s success, Gary Sinnerton, Director at Betterhomes said:

“We are delighted to report this huge growth in our annual figures and extremely proud to note that it has been achieved through the hard work and dedication of every team member, as proved by the ongoing Network Veka accreditation.

“As we move forward in 2016,  this good news only goes to confirm that our planned new kitchen showroom and separate window and door showroom will be welcomed by our discerning customer base.

“We will be investing over £100k in the new works which will include a company re-brand and entire new marketing strategy which will be rolled out over the next twelve months.

“It’s a really exciting time for Betterhomes and we would like to thank all of our loyal customers many of whom we have worked for on a recurring basis over the past 17 years.”

Network VEKA is a national body, set-up to redress the balance of customer opinion in a trade marred by unscrupulous, rogue operators in the uPVC, doors and conservatory world.

For four years running Betterhomes have won the “Best In Ireland” Award with Network Veka, along with this new accreditation, this certainly gives customers total piece of mind that Betterhomes products are the best quality and safest in the marketplace.

Betterhomes is located at Duncrue Industrial Estate and is open to both residential and commercial customers. For further information on the full product offering by Betterhomes visit or call 028 9077 1986 for a free home survey.
