Following a £250,000 investment, the establishment, now Solo Kitchen and Bar, has something for everyone. It will serve a mixture of European and Asian cuisine in its newly revamped dining area, perfect for lunchtime business meetings, casual weekend dining as well as a 40 seat tapas bar serving small plates and cocktails, catering to the on-the-go city centre working professional market.
The launch saw the great and good of Belfast’s business and media community gather to sample the new food and drinks menu as well as experience a taste of the Continent, with a band and salsa dancers encouraging diners to take to the floor.
