5 Million Reasons for NI Company to Celebrate

Local moving image studio, Guerrilla Shout certainly has plenty to shout about.  The young, innovative company, which was set up just four months ago was recently head-hunted by Armada Music to make an animated music video for International R+B Artist Akon for his new single ‘Holiday’, with DJ Antoine.

In less than three weeks since the release, the video has received over five million hits on You Tube and to mark the impressive milestone the Guerrilla Shout team hosted a celebration party at their headquarters in T13 in The Titanic Quarter.

West Belfast man Oisin O’Brien Flanagan from Guerrilla Shout is overwhelmed by the response of the video and indeed the impressive portfolio of clients they have attracted to date.  Oisin says;

“Guerrilla Shout is only a young company, but we are already competing on an International platform.  The You Tube hits the music video we produced for Akon have surpassed our expectations and we have since been inundated with other exciting music video tenders.”

Guerrilla Shout, although they’re making waves in the music industry, has also been commissioned by other  world renowned brands such as Jaguar, Charles Hurst, Sony, Red Bull, Toyota, Electric Picnic, The Irish Museum of Modern Art and Berlin Atonal, to name but a few.

Gary Flynn, director of T13 and mentor for Guerrilla Shout says;

“Guerrilla Shout is an embryonic company who are punching on a global scale and I am so proud that they are part of the T13 collaboration.  There are only four people in the team but they are currently recruiting for three new staff. I am confident that this company will continue to expand and excel in everything they do.”
